The Purpose of Joint Ventures
The Internet has brought about the need, and a usefulness, for joint ventures that are unlike traditional partnerships in the world of business. By nature, joint ventures are limited in scope and formed based on two parties having a mutual interest in having a successful but limited partnership for a short period of time.
Some joint ventures are put together to help a new business launch successfully, or perhaps at the introduction of a new product or service. Other joint ventures are put together with a goal of people cross-promoting one another to increase the exposure of all involved to the end consumer.
